1. 模具低壓下的開(kāi)合模狀況檢查
1. Inspection of mold opening and closing under low pressure
模具分快、中、慢各3次開(kāi)合,在開(kāi)合過(guò)程中有無(wú)異常聲響,有無(wú)阻滯現(xiàn)象;
The mold shall be opened and closed three times for fast, medium and slow respectively, and whether there is abnormal sound and blocking during the opening and closing process;
模具開(kāi)合動(dòng)作順暢,有無(wú)干涉發(fā)生。
The opening and closing action of the die is smooth without interference.
2. 模具頂出系統(tǒng)的檢查(低壓下)
2. Inspection of mold ejection system (under low pressure)
頂出動(dòng)作分快、中、慢各頂出3次,檢查有無(wú)異常現(xiàn)象;
The ejection action is divided into fast, medium and slow ejection for 3 times respectively, and check whether there is any abnormality;
平面處的頂針(司筒)頂出后,是否會(huì)發(fā)生松脫或卡死;
Whether the thimble (cylinder) at the plane will be loosened or stuck after being ejected;
斜面頂針或司筒裝置,是否加定位銷(防止松動(dòng)或轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng));
Whether the inclined thimble or cylinder device is equipped with positioning pin (to prevent loosening or rotation);
頂出系統(tǒng)(頂針或頂塊)頂出時(shí)是否有異常響聲以及振顫。
Whether there is abnormal sound and vibration when the ejector system (ejector pin or ejector block) is ejected.
3. 模具復(fù)位的檢查
3. Inspection of mold reset
模具分快、中、慢速度各復(fù)位3次,觀看是否能回到位(復(fù)位);
The mold is reset 3 times at fast, medium and slow speeds respectively to see whether it can return to the position (reset);
復(fù)位后,斜頂針端面不高于模芯0.1mm或與模芯平齊;
After reset, the end face of the oblique thimble shall not be higher than 0.1mm or flush with the mold core;
復(fù)位用限位咭掣接觸是否良好;
Whether the reset limit card is in good contact;
頂針頂出時(shí)是否與行位的動(dòng)作發(fā)生干涉(滑塊是否回到位);
Whether the ejector pin interferes with the action of the row position (whether the slider returns to the position);
模具是否裝有頂針復(fù)位裝置(機(jī)械式)。
Whether the die is equipped with thimble reset device (Mechanical).
4. 行位(滑塊)動(dòng)作的檢查
4. Inspection of line position (slider) action
模具按快、中、慢各3次開(kāi)合模,觀察行位動(dòng)作是否順暢;
The mold shall be opened and closed three times for fast, medium and slow respectively, and observe whether the movement of the row position is smooth;
行位回位是否正常,與頂針是否發(fā)生干涉;
Whether the line return is normal and whether it interferes with the thimble;
行位定位是否牢靠;
Whether the row position positioning is firm;
液壓抽芯裝置動(dòng)作順序先后情況;
Action sequence of hydraulic core pulling device;
行位在空運(yùn)行中有無(wú)拉傷、“卡死”現(xiàn)象。
Whether the line position is pulled or stuck during empty operation.
